| Visited Mountain Brook? My husband and I honeymooned at Mountain Brook Cottages. We loved quiet and the quaint one bedroom cabin that we stayed in. We enjoyed getting away from the world so much that we brought our two young daughters with us the next time we visited. We found the 2 bedroom cabin just as wonderful. Gem mining was the highlight for them. Fast forward about 20 years. This trip we had to have the family cabin. My husband and I, along with our 6 children and one son-in- love spent our days leaf looking and sightseeing. Gem mining was a hit with the children again. Your Trout pond was the favorite of our 7 year old son. He caught his first fish and fell in the pond.! The evenings were spent laughing and playing games in the cabin, with the fire crackling in the background. I have to tell you, the hot tub was a hit with us old folks. Especially, after long days of rock climbing at the waterfalls.

| Mon Jul 4 09:20:36: We cooked our meals everyday on the bbq grill, which was convenientally located next to the cabin. We stayed up late at night reading by lantern light on the front porch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will return next year.
